UC Hastings legislation learners Lilia Kazemi ‘24 and Sharareh (Sheila) Zerang ‘24 were being named this year’s Heart for Small business Regulation (CBL) Scholars in March. They are the second wave of scholars in the system that was introduced in 2021.
